Do guests need to download anything?
No. The survey and the finished song both open in any browser — guests just tap a link in the message you already send them.
What if a guest skips the survey?
ListingJam falls back to a polished default built from the listing and trip details, so every guest still gets a song — no blank check-ins.
Whose branding is on it?
Yours. Your name and listing carry through the delivery page and the intro of the track. On the Manager plan, the page is fully white-labeled.
Can I review songs before they go out?
Yes. Choose auto-send for hands-off delivery, or approve each track from your dashboard before it reaches the guest.
